Wildlife by group and country
Two of Panama's four parks are World Heritage — Darién, at 5,790 km², and Portobelo — and the three linked monkeys are Central America's usual three: Geoffroy's spider monkey, endangered, the mantled howler and the white-throated capuchin. Chagres and Cerro Hoya complete a list that runs from the Caribbean to the Pacific.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
