Wildlife by group and country
Two of the three Vietnamese primates on this list are endangered: the long-tailed macaque and the Hatinh langur, the latter tied to the karst massifs of Phong Nha-Ke Bang, the only World Heritage park of the four and the largest at 1,233 km². Ba Be, Cuc Phuong and Cat Tien complete a north-to-south run of the country.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
