Where to see a species
Nine of the ten parks for the common loon are in the Great Lakes and on the Atlantic coast of North America — Isle Royale, Pukaskwa, Voyageurs, the Apostle Islands, the Bruce Peninsula, Acadia, Fundy, Cape Breton and Georgian Bay — and the tenth is Vatnajökull, in Iceland, at 14,141 km² and the only World Heritage one.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
