Where to see a species
The fourteen places for the crabeater seal are Antarctic, and eleven of them are Antarctic specially protected areas — a status that appears in no other guide of this family. The Ross Sea contributes 1,550,000 km² and Hawker Island 1.5: the widest size contrast in the whole section.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
