Where to see a group in a country
The three eagles documented in Argentina trace two different countries: the harpy eagle and the crested eagle, both Near Threatened, are recorded in the northern rainforest — Iguazú, Baritú, Calilegua, El Rey — while the black-chested buzzard-eagle is found in Patagonia and the Andes — Lanín, Los Glaciares, Perito Moreno. Among the 12 parks are four World Heritage sites, with Ischigualasto and the Jaramillo petrified forest.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
