Where to see a species
The nine parks for the Eurasian red squirrel lie in northern and north-west Europe and five are in Britain and Ireland: the Cairngorms at 4,528 km², the Lake District, Loch Lomond, Northumberland — World Heritage — and Killarney. The other four are the Hoge Veluwe and Hoge Kempen in the Benelux, Pallas-Yllästunturi, in Lapland, and Aukštaitija, in Lithuania.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
