Where to see a species
The martial eagle is endangered, and the six parks where the catalogue documents it add up to more than 118,000 km², nearly all savannah and semi-desert: the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and Kgalagadi, the two largest; Kruger and Gonarezhou along the Limpopo; Mapungubwe, World Heritage; and the Chyulu Hills, in Kenya, the only one outside southern Africa.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
