Mexico documents three whales, with the blue whale endangered alongside the grey and the humpback. The 10 places recording them cluster in the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez: El Vizcaíno, Loreto Bay, Cabo Pulmo, the Coronado Islands, Guadalupe Island and the Revillagigedo archipelago with Socorro. Seven are dives and three are parks; three are World Heritage sites.
