Where to see a species
The twelve places for the white-tailed eagle ring the Baltic and the North Sea, and three of them are dive sites: the Turku archipelago, Rügen and Lofoten. The Danube Delta contributes 5,800 km² and is World Heritage, as are the Curonian Spit and Jasmund, the beech forest on the Rügen cliffs. Killarney, in Ireland, is the westernmost.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
