Wildlife by group and country
Canada's five mollusc sites are all cold-water dives, and the three species could not be more unlike one another: the giant Pacific octopus at Browning Pass and the Great Bear Rainforest, the great scallop in the Atlantic, and the zebra mussel at Fathom Five, the Great Lakes marine park. The Bay of Fundy adds extreme tidal current.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
