Where to see a species
The Wadden Sea appears twice on this list — as an 11,500 km² transboundary area and as a national park — and both entries are World Heritage, as is Northumberland. The Eurasian curlew is near threatened, and the other four places are the Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales, the Ria Formosa and Store Mosse.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
