Wildlife by group and country
Three national parks and one dive site make up Ireland's bird list, and the dive site is what sets it apart: the Skellig Islands, World Heritage, where the northern gannet and the Atlantic puffin are. On land, Connemara, Wicklow and Killarney contribute the white-tailed eagle, the peregrine falcon, the merlin and the European golden plover.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
