Wildlife by group and country
France documents reptiles in two hemispheres: Guadeloupe National Park, World Heritage, and the Cousteau Reserve, in the Caribbean, with the hawksbill and green turtles; and Port-Cros and the Camargue in the Mediterranean, with the loggerhead, the European pond turtle and the Turkish gecko. Five species, two of them in the two worst categories.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
