Wildlife by group and country
Hwange covers 14,651 km², more than the other three parks on this list combined, and Mana Pools and Matobo are World Heritage. The five linked birds run from raptors — the endangered martial eagle, Verreaux's eagle and the African fish-eagle — to the critically endangered white-backed vulture and the northern carmine bee-eater.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
