Wildlife by group and country
Six parks and only three linked birds, but all three say where they come from: the painted stork and the spot-billed pelican, both near threatened, from the reservoirs of Minneriya and Udawalawe; and the Sri Lanka junglefowl, from the Sinharaja Forest, World Heritage and biosphere reserve. Wilpattu and Yala supply the largest area.
Places come from reviewed species-place links; the species shown at each place are only those in this group.
