Triton Bay

Soft coral reef / Coastal pelagic
Indonesia · Kaimana, West Papua
Profundidad: 5–30 mNivel: Advanced Open Water

South-east of Raja Ampat and not part of it, Triton Bay offers a different underwater landscape: greener, nutrient-rich water, walls carpeted in soft coral and a remarkable density of fish. The classic sites are Little Komodo, Larry's Heaven (also called The Aquarium), Macro Wall and Walker's Reef. Off the island of Namatota, whale sharks come to the bagan, the floating fishing platforms.
