A paddle steamer from the American Civil War era, used as a blockade runner, which struck a reef and sank. She lies at around 17 m and is remarkably well preserved for her age: the intact paddle wheel, the engine, the bow, the stern, the boilers and the anchor are all still visible.

In 2015 several bottles of wine more than 150 years old were recovered from the wreck and sent to sommeliers in Charleston to be tasted. It should not be confused with the Mary Celeste, the famous ship found adrift and without a crew off the Azores in 1872: they are different vessels with almost identical names.
